Welcome to the Pokeblog! This is the first ever entry. I'm starting off with a playthrough of my favorite rom hack, Pokemon Crystal Clear. I started off by pretty much completely randomizing how I started. I flipped a coin to see which region I would start in and spun a wheel for the city and my starter. I ended up in Celadon City with a Ponyta. Not my top pick, but I guess that's kinda the point of randomizing it. Besides, I really like using Pokemon I don't usually use. It always feels like something new. Also, since I started in Celadon, a place with a Grass gym, having a fire starter works out really well.
I named my Ponyta Nathan. Get it? Because... like... neigh? Nevermind...
The first thing I did was head over to the game corner to see what was there. Under a poster, I found a switch that lead to a basement with a Team Rocket Grunt. Didn't they lose to a kid and then disband the team?
Anyways, the grunt beat me because I had a level 5 Ponyta (although to be fair he wasn't that good either so it was probably just me being a bad trainer). That was fine. I recovered from my loss and made my way to Mt. Moon to look for a new Pokemon. I should've expected this, but I was really excited when I found a Zubat!
I really like Crobat. It's one of my favorite Pokemon to use. I named the Zubat Monty because for some reason I was thinking about Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Anyways, on the way back, Nathan and Monty became pretty close friends and beat Erika with ease. Nathan pretty much solo'd the whole gym, but Monty could deal with Exeggcute with his 4x super-effective Leech Life. After that, I wasn't too sure what to do next, so I was just looking around for new Pokemon. I found this cool place called Grullo Gorge. There were a ton of Ponyta and Nathan seemed interested in the place, so I'm pretty sure that's where he came from. There was also this Cowboy guy who had a Rapidash. He asked for a battle, but I "politely" declined because I didn't want my two Pokemon killed. I didn't get any pictures, but I think it's nice to have some more private parts of Kanto and Johto not seen here.
Back to looking for Pokemon, I decided to head over to Diglett Cave. Monty helped me catch a Diglett that I named Spudow. I named him after Spudow in Plants vs Zombies Heroes (an EXTREMELY underrated game).
After catching Spudow, I went back to Celadon. I went to the top of my apartment and I found some people giving out a free Eevee. I was ecstatic because last time I played Crystal Clear, my starter was an Eevee that I evolved into an Espeon. I'm hoping this Eevee will be the second-coming of Kevin because he was a huge help. I named her Evelyn because I felt like that worked well enough with Kevin.
Well, that's gonna be where I leave off today. I had a lot of fun making this! I'm excited to do more of these! Above you can see my team. Each time I make one of these entries, I will show my team at the end. I hope you're looking forward to the next entry too! Anyways, thank you for reading and bye!

It has been a very long time since I did the first day of this. When I started, I didn't have much free time, and eventually I just forgot about it, but I remembered so Pokeblog is back! Anyways, I tried fighting Sabrina, but failed miserabally because my team was underlevelled, so I set out to grind. During this time-wasting quest, I went back and beat that Rocket Grunt from before.
While grinding, I was really excited because I found an Abra! Unfortunately, it didn't stay in the ball so it just teleported away.
Thankfully, I did find a few other Pokemon. A Voltorb named Volty, a Magnemite named Magno, and a Rattata named Ratsy. With this team, I was much more confident for the fight, but still, Sabrina's stupid Espeon continued to sweep my entire team. Well, I guess there's only one option left: Overlevel my Pokemon until I have a Raticate to fight against level 14 Psychic types.
Now I'm ready. B)
Just as I expected, Ratsy destroyed Sabrina's team.
Sorry for not making this "episode" of the Pokeblog as interesting or fleshed out as the previous one, but I feel like I kind of over-explained things last time. I think I prefer these quicker episodes where I don't have to take as many pictures and write as much. Also, sorry for the backgrounds being different. I made this one in two different places, neither of which were the same as last time. Anyways, I still enjoyed making this just as much as last time. Thank you for being patient (to anyone who even thinks this blog is interesting), and as usual, thanks for reading! Bye!
